Someone wrote that her husband had to wash his eyes out with bleach after watching my Booty Beat & Sexy Stretch video. I’m actually surprised to hear that it didn’t require more than that but this clip isn’t going to be much different.
The Chair Dance workout was FAR easier to do physically than Booty Beat, but mentally, it was a struggle. As the instructor shouted out commands such as, “kiss it girls”, “put your finger on your lips”, and “freestyle and make it look sexy”, I could almost sense the testosterone fleeing from my body.
Heather likes the Flirty Girl workout series and recommends it to women who want an innovative and intense workout. For the men folk? Not so much.
What follows is the most awkward 35 minutes of my life condensed to 8 minutes. I keep reminding myself…it’s for a good cause, it’s for a good cause, it’s for a good cause.
Tomorrow I’ll be doing “Abs & Booty” to really tighten up my derriere and then it’s on to the final DVD, the dreaded Feather Boa workout. I just need a few days prepare for that one. I previewed it and it’s going to be terrible. At least from a guy’s standpoint.

Oh Greg I applaud you for doing this for charity and for vlogging your workouts. As a married 40 year old women, there is *no* way I would be able to do those videos. I am fit, just not at all *flirty* and I would be laughing too hard to do these. Maybe when I was 20? The idea our being pouty/sensual/smacking my bum cracks me up. I think I will stick to jogging. I look forward to the feathered boa routine.

Argh! Pass me the bleach! Actually, it wasn’t that bad although I have to admit I only watched a little bit of it. As Marry Poppins says, “Enough is as good as a feast!” And trust me, that was enough.

@Mr Blonde – LOL and that chair was actually replaced in the middle of the routine because I managed to wiggle some of the bolts loose with the first victim.

as you being my brother I couldn’t watch passed the butt slaps. I was laughing too hard and disturbed all at the same time.
The workout was a hoot, but I really couldn’t stop staring at your couch. We used to have the same one, but had to sell it because it wouldn’t fit in this house. I still miss it. It was the most comfortable and functional couch we ever had.
